NOTES: The Bengals come into this Week 4 searching for their first win with QB Joe Burrow, who has been lighting up box scores with his pass attempts. Expect Burrow and WR Tyler Boyd to be linking up the entire game, and that will be the Bengals’ most efficient form of offense, as well as young TE Drew Sample looking to step up in the absence of starter C.J. Uzomah. This is going to be the game we have all been waiting for: a Joe Mixon breakout. The Bengals star RB has been contained through three weeks, but the Jaguars lack any semblance of run defense and Mixon will tear up their front seven. Unfortunately, the Bengals defense has obvious holes, but is talented in the cornerback position led by William Jackson, who will look to shadow D.J. Chark and help the Bengals offense control the game. However, the Bengals will struggle against up-and-coming RB James Robinson; if they are not able to contain the rookie back than he could be in for a huge day. This is the first game this season where the Bengals are favored, and I expect them to take home their first win of the season.

Through the first three weeks the Jaguars have experienced a chaotic rollercoaster after defeating the Colts in Week 1 and losing in Weeks 2 and 3. QB Gardner Minshew struggled against the Dolphins secondary last Thursday night, and we shouldn’t underestimate this Bengals’ secondary led by William Jackson, therefore Minshew might struggle once again. RB James Robinson will make up for those struggles as he has stepped up after Leonard Fournette was released. Robinson will surely take advantage of this Bengals run defense and be the focal point of their game plan on offense. The Jaguars defense will be torn apart by Joe Burrow, I am not sure what their game plan has been, but they haven’t been able to stop anybody this season. This will be the downfall of the Jaguars this week, their defense will concede points early making it tough for their offense to win the game.
