NOTES: The Cowboys finally showed some signs of life with QB Garrett Gilbert at the helm against the undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 9. His one-week stay at the starter position is over with QB Andy Dalton returning from a concussion he suffered a few weeks ago. A defense that had no strengths showed some signs of life against the Steelers run game, but have a tough task on their hands against RB Dalvin Cook in Week 11. If their defense can hold the Vikings running game in check and force QB Kirk Cousins to make a few plays then it will give the Cowboys offense a chance to keep up and maybe steal this game.

The Vikings are on a three-game winning streak after their bye week and are making a push for a Wild Card spot and maybe even the division lead. This is a game where they will have every opportunity to keep their streak alive with a Cowboys team that hasn’t won a game since QB Dak Prescott got injured. This is another defense that has stepped up in the second half of the season after being a complete shadow of what it was in 2019. I think the Vikings’ defense will be flying around to the ball and will make life hard for Andy Dalton in his return from injury. At the same time, RB Dalvin Cook will be fed the ball and continue his historic season in Week 11.
